We drove to Mansfield Mtn. ski resort and were going to take the gondolas to the top for lunch, until we found out it was $25 per person for the ride. Tom had taken beautiful pictures from the parking lot, so we went down the road to a pub/grill for lunch instead. The trees are spectacular today
We have a huge bucket list of more places to travel, so this may very well be our only trip to New England, or at least to New Hampshire, New York, and Vermont. We have thoroughly enjoyed it!
In the morning (Friday) we will drive to Montreal, Canada to leave our car because Saturday we leave on a week's one-way cruise. Our friends will drive us from Montreal to Plattsburg, N.Y. We'll fly from there to Boston and sail from there up the East Coast to Halifax and then down the St. Lawrence Seaway to Quebec and Montreal.
